Rebuilt OEM Style BMW Stator 20_B121

Rick's Motorsport Electrics offers a rebuild service for the 15 pole stator from alternator assembly OE# 12318556028 &12318541003.  Our rebuild uses high temp wire to create better longevity.  A core is required in advance; we will need to re-use the OE grommet to complete this rebuild service.

 

Please send your piece into us with a copy of the completed part rebuild form located on our website.

 

Once the part gets here, we will test it then contact you for payment before beginning any work. Current turnaround time for a rebuild is 2-3 weeks from receiving payment.  No personal checks accepted. Due to increased pricing and material shortages, all prices are subject to change. If there is any unforeseen work that we need to do to "clean up" the core; i.e: additional dismantling due to corrosion,frozen bolts,etc. there will be an additional labor charge.  The labor charge will be $65/hour with a 1 hour minimum. We have done our best to give an accurate estimate for the initial rebuild charge, but there may be additional fees that can only be assessed once the rebuild is complete.
