We are a family owned business that started off as a small repair shop in the 1970s.  We&#8217;ve now grown into a well recognized, highly reputed brand in the industry.  We manufacture charging &amp; starting components for motorcycles, ATVs, snow mobiles, side x sides, dirt bikes, &amp; PWC and sell around the globe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qualifications:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Previous Customer Service experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adaptive to Change<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bilingual (Spanish preferred) is a plus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Computer proficient (Knowledge of Excel a plus)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-motivated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks, including follow through &amp; follow up<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motorcycle interest is a plus (not required)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities &amp; Duties:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Answering phone calls, providing customer service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generating Invoices &amp; taking Payments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Processing online orders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Issuing return authorizations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assisting customers with solutions to possible problems and tech questions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicating with customers via phone, text and email for sales and warranty assistance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shift\/Salary<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full Time Position: 40 hours per week<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8:00am &#8211; 4:00pm Monday &#8211; Friday<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>$18-$20 per hour (negotiable based on experience)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why Choose Rick&#8217;s?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Benefits include PTO, health insurance &amp; profit sharing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Competitive wage &amp; paid lunch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employee discount available on aftermarket parts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Family owned &amp; operated industry leader in our field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cohesive work environment with a strong existing team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Please email resume to: marcie@rickselectrics.com<\/h2>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rick&#8217;s Motorsport Electrics is a manufacturing company in the Powersports Industry based out of Hampstead, NH.
