Rick's Motorsport Electrics offers an innovative rebuild service for your Beta Stator that will also include a rectifier-regulator to support the design of Rick's Hot Shot Kit! These components are designed to work together efficiently with the voltage set point of your Lithium Ion battery. The kit has a desired field tested output of 120 watts! *A Stator Core is required in advance for this rebuild service. Please send your piece into us with a note that includes your name, address, phone number, year/make/model of the bike, and that you're sending it in for the Charging Kit Rebuild. Current turnaround time for a rebuild is 2-3 weeks from receiving payment. Once the part gets here, we will test it then contact you for payment. If there is any unforeseen work that we need to do to "clean up" the core; i.e: additional dismantling due to corrosion,frozen bolts,etc. there will be an additional labor charge. The labor charge will be $65/hour with a 1 hour minimum. We have done our best to give an accurate estimate for the initial rebuild charge, but there may be additional fees that can only be assessed once the rebuild is complete.
