Ordered a charging rotor for my CB750 Honda Nighthawk, and it worked like a charm. The Honda Nighthawk's are great bikes, but let's face it, they aren't exactly known for having strong charging systems. Those Honda rotors break all the time. Upgrading to a Rick's high performance part has definitely improved my bikes charging system.

After spending a few days drudging through eBay and some big catalog looking online stores trying to find a replacement Honda rotor for my bike's changing system, I found Rick's. I thought what the heck, the price is right and it's backed by a warranty so I'll give it a shot. It was a great idea. From now on I'm buying all of my Honda electrics parts from Rick's Motorsport Electrics.

Works great, and a great savings over oem Honda rotor. Changed it out in no time at all. I'm going through a complete engine rebuild on my Honda, and I'm ordering all of the electrics parts from the stator to the Honda field coil charging rotor from Rick's.

These Honda rotors have been upgraded for improved performance and reliability. Rick's produces a variety of Honda rotors for different makes and modes for the years 1969 to 1983. If you are restoring a vintage Honda motorcycle, the Rick's Honda charging rotor is a must have part for completing your charging system.

About Honda Rotors

This is an electro-magnetic rotor that is an integral component of the charging system so you need it to make the bike run. When energized, it creates a positive & negative field that generates AC power from the stator. It's very similar to the type of alternator that's in cars today.

Common Causes of Failure for Honda Rotors

The most common reasons for failure are age, heat, & vibration. These parts are no longer available from Honda so quality replacement parts are highly sought after. That's where we come in :) We're finding that there is an upcoming trend with restoring motorcycles from the 80s - now considered vintage! These rebuilt & new rotors will be an excellent resource for people.

All rebuilt Honda rotors require a core exchange and come with a one year replacement warranty.
