Rebuilt Hot Shot Series KTM Stator 20_KT111H

Rick's Motorsport Electrics Hot Shot Series offers a rebuild service for OE# 55439004000, 6 pole stator, 2K-2. A core is required in advance;this includes the stator with it's grommet, trigger and all wiring, connectors/terminals coming off the coils or plate assembly for all components. The trigger & grommet are NOT included in the rebuild. Please send your piece into us with a copy of the completed part rebuild form located on our website. Rick's rebuild will put out an approximate total of 25 watts at 3000 RPM. *Customers will also need to purchase an additional rectifier regulator to power the stator. 

 

After we receive your stator core we will test it and then contact you for payment before beginning any work. Current turnaround time for a rebuild is 2-3 weeks from receiving payment. No personal checks accepted. Due to increased pricing and material shortages, all prices are subject to change. If there is any unforeseen work that we need to do to "clean up" the core; i.e: additional dismantling due to corrosion,frozen bolts,etc. there will be an additional labor charge. The labor charge will be $65/hour with a 1 hour minimum. We have done our best to give an accurate estimate for the initial rebuild charge, but there may be additional fees that can only be assessed once the rebuild is complete.
