Rebuilt Hot Shot Series Moto Morini Charging Kit; this rebuilt charging kit will upgrade the older style charging system to a more reliable modern style. The Rick's kit converts the charging system to a full wave and requires swapping to the new rec/reg (included in the kit). The stator coils are all rewound to work with the upgraded aftermarket rec/reg. Customers must send BOTH their OE stator & flywheel to us to insure proper fitment. *An OE stator AND fly wheel core are required in advance. Payment is required up-front for all custom work. Current turnaround time for a rebuild is 3-4 weeks from receiving payment. Once the part gets here, we will test it then contact you for payment. No personal checks accepted. If there is any unforeseen work that we need to do to "clean up" the core; i.e: additional dismantling due to corrosion,frozen bolts,etc. there will be an additional labor charge. The labor charge will be $65/hour with a 1 hour minimum. We have done our best to give an accurate estimate for the initial rebuild charge, but there may be additional fees that can only be assessed once the rebuild is complete.
