Rebuilt Hot Shot Charging Kit: *A stator core is required in advance.  This kit includes BOTH a rebuilt high output stator & rectifier regulator that are designed to work together.  *This kit has been fielded tested to produce 160 watts at 4500 RPM.  Please send your piece into us with a copy of the completed part rebuild form located on our website. 

 

Payment is required up-front for all custom work. Current turnaround time for a rebuild is 3-4 weeks from receiving payment.  Once the part gets here, we will test it then contact you for payment. If there is any unforeseen work that we need to do to "clean up" the core; i.e: additional dismantling due to corrosion,frozen bolts,etc. there will be an additional labor charge. We have done our best to give an accurate estimate for the initial rebuild charge, but there may be additional fees that can only be assessed once the rebuild is complete.
