Rick's Motorsport Electrics can rebuild the stock Yamaha XT500 dirt bike stator OE# 4R9-85500-50-00 as a high output stator that is wound to a 12 volt system conversion. *Rick's aftermarket rectifier-regulator part # 10-403 is REQUIRED for the system to work. **The Trigger Coil is NOT included in the rebuild. (We can rebuild the inner and/or outer trigger coil for an additional fee if needed). Rick's will need your OE stator core in advance for this rebuild service. Please send your piece into us with a note that includes your name, address, phone number, year/make/model of the bike, and that you're sending it in for a 12V Conversion & Higher Output rebuild. Once the part gets here, we will test it then contact you for payment before beginning any work. Current turnaround time for a rebuild is 2-3 weeks from receiving payment. No personal checks accepted. Due to increased pricing and material shortages, all prices are subject to change. If there is any unforeseen work that we need to do to "clean up" the core; i.e: additional dismantling due to corrosion,frozen bolts,etc. there will be an additional labor charge. The labor charge will be $65/hour with a 1 hour minimum. We have done our best to give an accurate estimate for the initial rebuild charge, but there may be additional fees that can only be assessed once the rebuild is complete.
