This particular kit will include a rebuilt high output GSXR stator, an upgraded rectifier regulator and a stator cover gasket that are designed to work together with your Lithium Ion Battery set up. Rick's kit has been dyno tested for an increase in output of 50% over stock at 5000 RPM. Please send your piece into us with a copy of the completed part rebuild form located on our website and notate that you're sending it in for the Hot Shot Charging Kit Rebuild for a Lithium Ion Battery upgrade for your Race Car/Kart. *The voltage set point is 14V +/- .2 for our rectifier-regulator. Please contact the manufacturer of your Lithium Ion Battery to ensure our product has the correct set point for their product. Payment is required up-front for all custom work. Current turnaround time for a rebuild is 2-3 weeks from receiving payment. Once the part gets here, we will test it then contact you for payment. If there is any unforeseen work that we need to do to "clean up" the core; i.e: additional dismantling due to corrosion,frozen bolts,etc. there will be an additional labor charge. The labor charge will be $65/hour with a 1 hour minimum. We have done our best to give an accurate estimate for the initial rebuild charge, but there may be additional fees that can only be assessed once the rebuild is complete.
