Rebuilt OEM Style Kawasaki Stator: this is a complete rebuild service of the stator including new points and condensers and completely rebuilt coils. This service is for 1974-75 S3, 1973-75 S1 Mach I, 1976 KH250 A5 and replaces OE# 21003-016.  We also offer an add-on service to re-zinc all of the steel parts; that is an additional $50 will take another 5-7 business days.

A core is required in advance, please send in the stator & the housing it fits into.Please send your piece into us with a copy of the completed part rebuild form located on our website.

Once the part gets here, we will test it then contact you for payment before beginning any work. Current turnaround time for a rebuild is 2-3 weeks from receiving payment. No personal checks accepted. Due to increased pricing and material shortages, all prices are subject to change. If there is any unforeseen work that we need to do to "clean up" the core; i.e: additional dismantling due to corrosion,frozen bolts,etc. there will be an additional labor charge. We have done our best to give an accurate estimate for the initial rebuild charge, but there may be additional fees that can only be assessed once the rebuild is complete.
