Rebuilt OEM Style Kawasaki Stator: This stator rebuild fits 1974-76 H1 and will include replacing all of the coils, a new harness, vapor blasting all of the housings and plates + all new hardware, terminals, and connectors. Please send stator mounted in housing, as shown in photos. We do not have the ability to rebuild the trigger coils at this time.
A core is required in advance;his includes the stator plate for all stator assemblies with removable coils, grommet,all coils mounted on the plate as well as wiring and connectors/terminals coming off the coils or plate assembly. Please send your piece into us with a copy of the completed part rebuild form located on our website.
Once the part gets here, we will test it then contact you for payment before beginning any work. Current turnaround time for a rebuild is 2-3 weeks from receiving payment. No personal checks accepted. Due to increased pricing and material shortages, all prices are subject to change. If there is any unforeseen work that we need to do to "clean up" the core; i.e: additional dismantling due to corrosion,frozen bolts,etc. there will be an additional labor charge. We have done our best to give an accurate estimate for the initial rebuild charge, but there may be additional fees that can only be assessed once the rebuild is complete.
