Rick's Motorsport Electrics offers a warrantied Stator Rebuild Service for your Suzuki DR250 Enduro and the GSF400 Bandit with Stator OE# 31401-33C00 or 31401-30B00. Hope we get to see these two lovely models in a race together! A stator core is required in advance for the rebuild; this includes the stator, grommet, as well as wiring and connectors/terminals coming off of the assembly. Please send your piece into us with a copy of the completed part rebuild form located on our website. After we receive your stator, we will test it and then contact you for payment before beginning the service request. Our current turnaround time for a rebuild is 2-3 weeks from receiving payment. No personal checks accepted. Due to increased material pricing and material shortages, all prices are subject to change. If there is any unforeseen work that we need to do to "clean up" the core; i.e: additional dismantling due to corrosion,frozen bolts,etc. there will be an additional labor charge. The labor charge will be $65/hour with a 1 hour minimum. We have done our best to give an accurate estimate for the initial rebuild charge, but there may be additional fees that can only be assessed once the rebuild is complete.
