Open Position: Warehouse Associate
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for processing the outbound parcel shipments and performing warehouse functions as directed by the Warehouse Manager and will gain complete knowledge of the shipping system and the company software. As part of the Rick’s Motorsport team, this employee is also expected to become familiar with processing incoming packages, which includes, but not limited to incoming orders, warranties, custom work requests. Guidance and direction, as needed, will be provided by the Warehouse Manager.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift 50-70 lbs. frequently
- Basic knowledge and/or experience in shipping & receiving is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Must promote effective working relationships with the shipping team and other departments to help achieve department/company goals
Scope of Duties will include but not limited to:
- Boxing & labeling of product
- Receiving duties include purchase orders, RA’s, custom rebuilds, etc.
- Packing and processing outgoing orders
- Pulling parts for manufacturing orders
- Processing shipments (Domestic/International) through UPS Worldship, USPS.com Click-N-Ship, DHL, and Fishbowl Inventory Management
- General clean-up of the warehouse area
- Assist management with various projects as necessary
Shift/Salary
- Full Time Position: 40 hours per week
- 8:00am – 4:00pm Monday – Friday
- $18 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
