We’re Hiring a Customer Service Rep!

Rick’s Motorsport Electrics is a manufacturing company in the Powersports Industry based out of Hampstead, NH. We are a family owned business that started off as a small repair shop in the 1970s. We’ve now grown into a well recognized, highly reputed brand in the industry. We manufacture charging & starting components for motorcycles, ATVs, snow mobiles, side x sides, dirt bikes, & PWC and sell around the globe.

Qualifications:

  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Adaptive to Change
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish preferred) is a plus
  • Computer proficient (Knowledge of Excel a plus)
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, including follow through & follow up
  • Motorcycle interest is a plus (not required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Answering phone calls, providing customer service
  • Generating Invoices & taking Payments
  • Processing online orders
  • Issuing return authorizations
  • Assisting customers with solutions to possible problems and tech questions
  • Communicating with customers via phone, text and email for sales and warranty assistance
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Shift/Salary

  • Full Time Position: 40 hours per week
  • 8:00am – 4:00pm Monday – Friday
  • $18-$20 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
